Winemaker's Notes
This beautifully blended 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon is exquisitelybalanced with excellent fruit concentration. On the nose, this winedelivers richness with cassis, black cherries, mixed berry compote, cola, crushed violets, and a touch of licorice. The palate offers plush tannins, fresh red plums, vanillin, clove and baking spices with a mineral-driven finish that is elegant yet well structured. This offering is enjoyable today but will also evolve with cellar aging through 2025.
