The 2018 Pinot Noir kicks off with herbs, cola and a dark cherry nose. The pallet is velvety smooth and concentrated, it finds it's balance in high-toned bright fruit, underlying acidity and sparks of cardamom and black tea, wrapped in sweet oak. Only 500 cases were produced.
