Fleshy aromatics of spiced, dark fruits reveal concentration and intensity on the palate. Flavors of fig, plum, cocoa and espresso bring textural richness together with melting tannins into a long finish.

I thought the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate was outstanding, with a medium-bodied, fresh, elegant style as well as plenty of pure blue fruits, leafy herbs, and a kiss of minerality. I loved it’s balance, and this charming, delicious Cabernet will keep for 8-10 years, probably longer.
