COMPOSITION: The Nobilo 2018 Sauvignon Blanc has always been one of my first choices in selecting an à point example of this grape variety from the Marlborough Region of New Zealand. TASTING NOTES: This wine drinks exceedingly well. Its aromas and flavors of ripe citrus and dried herbs should pair it well with lightly-spiced roast chicken.
