This Sancerre wine is fruity, straight, vivid and mineral. It is lovely as an aperitif as well as being the ideal match for seafood, fish, and goat cheese, particularly the Crottin de Chavignol.
This wine has a smoky, velvet character. It is ripe with black cherry fruits, with a perfume that permeates right through. The wine has a final lift of acidity and touches of wood aging.
