Sourced from California winegrowing regions, Conundrum Red features dark red varietals including Zinfandel, Petite Sirah and Cabernet Sauvignon. It is serious yet lighthearted, complex and approachable. With lavish fruit flavors and baking chocolate, this wine has smooth tannins that provide a distinctive, soft character. Be daring and drink slightly chilled to enhance the fruit profile and enjoy any time of year.

Vintage 2017 - Wilfred Wong - 89 points
COMMENTARY: The 2017 Conundrum Red Wine is an excellent example of the new genre of softer, barely sweet red wines are showing traction in the marketplace. TASTING NOTES: This wine is very ripe and smooth on the palate. Its aromas and flavors of port-like ripeness and candied violets should pair it nicely with grilled pork ribs and a slightly fiery sauce, or simply all by itself.
