Winemaker's NotesMerlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese are the varieties that give rise to this wine. A young red wine with an ample, rich aromatic fragrance. The wine is a lovely, deep and intense ruby red colour with an important, solid and substantial character but, above all, it brings out all the flavours of the food with which it is matched. It is very rich in polyphenols, which harmonize with its fresh and tonic acidity.
Pair with: sopressata pizza, pomodoro sauces, or ratatouille.
Blend: 34% Sangiovese, 33% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot.

A soft and velvety texture red with orange peel, chocolate and plum aromas and flavors. Medium to full body, fresh acidity and a flavorful finish. Subtle at the same time. This is always one of Italy's excellent value reds.
