Deep garnet. Concentrated dark fruit, blueberry, vanilla, and cherry. Well balanced with cherry, cranberry, and marzipan flavors, complemented by a lingering, toasty vanilla finish. Smoked salmon, goat cheese, nuts, poultry, lamb, mushrooms.
