NOSE: The nose opens on remarkably fresh red fruit aromas such as strawberry and raspberry. Sage and lemon balm notes emerge with airing, together with a hint of sweet pepper.
PALATE: The forthright, straight and smooth attack reveals fresh red fruit flavours elegantly set off by refined spice notes, while fresh, aromatic herb flavours on the finish recall the nose, giving great length to this new Mouton Cadet Rosé vintage.
