Winemaker's Notes
Characteristics: Deep red color. Fruit aromas when young, an agreeable nose in maturity, moderate tannins supported by good acidity. Smooth, well-rounded and harmonious, very well balanced, firm, long lasting on the palate.

Complementary Foods: Roasted meats, game, hearty country dishes, soft cheeses such as Brie and Camembert.
