This wine comes from vines grown on the terraces of the Rhone with a mix of different terroir, including the famous pebbly soil. Skin-maceration and cold-pre-fermentation, drained juices on fresh harvest, cold settling, low-temperature fermentation at 14°C.
Lovely pale golden yellow. Floral nose, highly expressive ending on notes of pear. Round and fleshy in the mouth, this wine has nice acidity. Well-balanced with a long finish.
Chicken with forty cloves of garlic, roasted sea bass, pan-fried fish with leeks, crab ravioli, roast pork, carrot & chickpea pittas.
