Siesta Key Gold rum is distilled in small batches in Sarasota, Florida. More flavor is left in during the distillation process. These wonderfully intricate flavors are smoothed over time with aging in small American oak barrels.

After spending time in small barrels of various sizes and ages the rum is blended and re-barreled into used Maker's Mark barrels for further aging. Wonderful notes of oak, vanilla, and caramelized sugars.
